We attended the Sunday morning live production of "Music and the Word". It is free and features the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra. Plan your trip to be there on a Sunday so you can do this. It is free and not to be missed.

Caught the choir's Thursday evening practice which was in the convention center to the north of Temple Square. It was easy to stop in for 30 minutes and listen to the excellent choir.
