I love Red Butte Garden. The gardens themselves are lovely. The backcountry trails are fabulous. They are uncrowded. No dogs allowed and no bicycles! It is my favorite place to hike in the spring.

Red Butte Gardens/Arboretum is a fantastic place to visit. Literally hundreds of different types of grasses, trees, shrubs, flowers, herbs, etc. You will not be disappointed in this regard. Definitely worth several hours.

On a girls weekend we visited the gardens. The fairy garden is wonderful. The children's garden and fountain is perfect for an afternoon. I enjoyed all the flowers and blooming trees. Go your family will love it.

It appears to be relatively new but very nice. It is set on the side of a hill. Most walks are paved a few are mulched only. I would like to come back after the water conservation garden opens later this spring.

I went in the vendor gate so the line wasnt as long, but I saw people at the other gate about an hour before it opened. There isnt a bad spot in the house, though.

Our gift shop has iced coffee in bottles, coca cola products and candy bars and nut/raisin/chocolate mix snacks. Next door to Red Butte Garden is a cafe. At the bottom of Wakara Way is a Corner Bakery.
