First of all, the weather has been weird as we didn't get so much snow since last December. I have been in Utah almost for three years, and this time is the abruptest snow we had. All of sudden we got snow last weekend. Yay!...More

A quick drive all the way east on 3900 South will reward you with one of the quiet gems of Salt Lake City. It's a narrow canyon, lush in the summer, great for CC skiing in winter, and a sure choice any other time of...More

We absolutely love driving up Mill Creek Canyon in the fall to see all the beautiful fall colors. There are many areas to have a picnic as well as hiking trails along the way. Great way to spend a day.

Lovely mountain flowers and air but we did find it impossible to go up the hill with the truck at the top, so just turn around!

We went up the canyon for just a quick drive at the end of a date night. When you drive in you pass the entrance shack and are directed to pay on your way out. Driving around we noticed A LOT of litter, many of...More
