Hubby was in Salt Lake for business and visiting the family and fell in love with this place. Right down the street from his hotel, and a good selection of beers. Pretty good beer. We came a couple weeks later to see parents, and I enjoyed the Citrus Bom Tom. Hubby liked it so much he bought a crowler... They also had a jerk chicken food truck out front. Spicy deliciousness. I'm sure we'll be back.

It was my first stop from the airport. Not all the breweries are open past 11am. Some close at 9, others at 10 and some at 11pm. Make sure you check in advance. Fisher had awesome beer. Very creative too. I had the beet saison and a few other samples. Wish I had more time to enjoy all of their beers. If I was to go back to Utah again, I would go to this brewery.

Visited Utah for Labor Day weekend with my boyfriend, his sister, and her husband. Cool spot to grab a drink, very welcoming. Loved the atmosphere of this location. Great lighting. We got lots of pics! I tried their White Pale beer. So good. Bartender said it was the most popular and they were about to refill their keg because it was already to the end. We also tried a quick sip of the white star- definitely more bitter- for those who prefer an IPA taste.

Spent some time enjoying the beer. This is a popular spot to meet for a good beer. There’s no food available in the restaurant. But when we visited a food truck next to the pub offered great burritos. Well worth a short visit.

I don't drink beer. However, I was throwing a party for 40, and the majority of people at my gathering were prolific connoisseurs of the Brewski World. Fisher Brewery was recommended. The people at the brewery couldn't be nicer. They handled my ignorance with aplomb, kindly explaining everything was on tap, and that cans were my most economical option. In a startling expression of magnanimity, throwing greed out the window, they advised me to buy less than my initial request, informing me that a 25 assortment of thirty-two ounce cans of beer would be plenty for my party. I was ready to buy at least 30. At the end of the evening, I had one can left. (However, the crowd knocked off two bottles of Angel's Envy Bourbon and two bottles of High West Vodka) Everyone loved the beer, and Fisher's was a big hit! Who knew Utah would have a great brewery? Is that not an oxymoron.

If you're looking for a place with good beer and the chance to just chill with your buddies this is the place. There is one good truck there at any given time. If you don't like the food being offered, you're welcome to bring in any outside food or have it delivered. The staff is super friendly and relaxed. The only bad thing is there isn't any parking. You have to fight for whatever is free on the street.

Stopped in for a beer and package goods. Good conversation with one of the owners and bartenders. Had a couple of really good beers.

Wonderful place to sit and chill for a bit. Multiple beer flavors to choose from. Everyone is very friendly. You can buy and bring in food from the food truck just outside!

Came here with the boys to watch football and have some beers. They were cool to let us try a few samples before we ordered. We ended our night here at what was probably the best brewery in town.

They have a good draft selection, a little light on IPAs. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are very nice. Give it a try!
