Took the ferry to Victoria, BC. It was a very smooth sail, really enjoyed the scenery and the pricing one way was fair. The latte machine was broken, otherwise I would have given this Ferry 5 stars instead of 4.

There are numerous tour buses leaving from several locations close to where you depart from the ferry but whether or not they allow dogs I do not know. I suggest that you contact Victoria tourism to get a better answer.
