Go to Framingham wines if you are passionate about wine and want to experience an amazing organic winery! If you're lucky, you may show up on a day Ros is working. She not only gave me great information on the winery, but answered many of my questions regarding tasting notes, grape varieties, and winemaking in general. She acknowledged my passion... More

We visited several wineries in New Zealand (Marlborough, Otago, Waiheke). This was definitely the best one! Great wines, great advice by the personnel!

Wr contacted these through Okay2stay and were given permission to freedom camp on the premises overnight. When we arrived we parked up round the back and went in for a taster session. We had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful and alternatively-style grounds at Framingham on a full-day wine tour, and were very impressed by the courtyard and fragrant garden, as well as their superb service at the cellar door. In particular, Ros was a stand-out. Her banter and desire to help us find the perfect wines to suit our tastes (as... More

MUST DO tasting! This is one of the essential winery to visit, and you MUST try their range of Riesling. They are fantastic. The manager was Mary Jo and she was most helpful, nice, and funny. We had an amazing time there, and cannot recommend this place enough

Some lovely wines to try and an entertaining and informative host. Sue obviously loves her job - who wouldn't! - and her enthusiasm shines through. We didn't feel rushed at all and she had time for a bit of banter too! Thanks!
