Beach great and not busy. Worth walking on to the next beach. Although it is a bit of a climb on a hot day over the hill it was beautiful and deserted.

We had a little trouble finding the turnoff from the highway, but once we parked we wandered around enjoying the history of this place. Only one other person there (walking a dog); so peaceful and relaxing, away from the city.

The grave of a sailor drowned at sea, a sad story But apart from paying homage to him, this is a beautiful place to visit.

We visited this place... in the rain. And in spite of that, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The area is well sheltered from the sun (and rain) and was completely deserted except for us. An absolutely beautiful beach, with some interesting history to boot.

The weather wasn’t good enough for a trip out with the boat so sailors grave beach was our second choice and we were positively surprised! Nice beach, great for dogs and good waves!

Great beach for fishing, very peaceful, well worth a visit. You can walk from this beach across to the next which is only possible on foot

Great expanse of sand with no one there! Excellent beach with easy access and free parking. The actual Sailors grave was very interesting.
