We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The chocolates were divine! It was so hard to choose. There are cute little ready made bags and gift boxes for friends and family and you can make up your own little packs or buy some to have straight away. This place is so cute and quirky that you must check it out!

The chocolates are the absolute best I’ve ever tasted and seen. They are very well designed and taste amazing. The shopkeeper is very nice and helpful.

The most difficult aspect of visiting this boutique store was deciding which exquisite handmade chocolates to choose! My purchase was added to by some unique tea flavours.

Lovely shop with lots to choose from. If you buy anything, it probably won’t last the trip home because these choccies are delish. Staff were friendly and respectfully COVID-19 rules.

We were quite impressed at how lovely the chocolates looked when we first walked into the shop, but it was all downhill from there.
The shop owner walked in and when she found out we were from interstate, she insulted us by calling all the people there uneducated and rude. The pricing of the chocolates was not displayed and she said prices varied from $2.50 to $4.50 per chocolate. She stated that a lot of work goes into making these chocolates and that is why prices vary, which would be fair enough, if she actually made them!! As she later told us that they're bought from a company in NSW.
We left feeling insulted and disappointed and the chocolates were gross. Overall, it was a bad experience with incredibly poor customer service, would not recommend it to anyone. Perhaps the owner should educate herself on good customer service and how to run a business properly.

For years this has been the one place I will go to without fail whenever I visit Mt Tamborine. There are plenty of stores that sell fudge and chocolate but this is the place to go for chocolate. There are all kinds of fillings and flavours (strawberry, caramel, peppermint, nougat, Bailey’s, coffee, mousse, liqueurs) and a wonderful variety of shapes. My favourites are the strawberry bunnies and the coffee snails. They’re around $2.50 each minimum but SO worth it for a once off treat. There are also other things to buy at the store but I just go for the chocolate. Also the staff are always really lovely and great with kids.

Simply overpriced and terrible quality, definitely the worst chocolate that I have ever experienced from a so called specialist chocolate shop. We purchased a $30 box to give as a gift but after sampling a bag of chocolate ginger there was no way we could gift the box. A trip to Woolies for a block of Lindt would of been so much more enjoyable. Such a negative experience for us

Well this was a really lovely experience. The owner was very friendly and as we wanted 3 large boxes she took the time to make up an extra box of dark selection. I have to say my husband and I both agree that these are the best chocolates we have ever tasted.
Beautifully made and presented, the Christmas tin will look lovely in the middle of the table on Christmas day tomorrow, I am excited for my family to try them.
We have decided to return and treat ourselves at least twice a year with these amazing chocolates. Delicious, thank you.

Oh the aroma, the intoxicating splendour of cocoa....it hits you before you step inside the cosy Chocolates on gallery walk.

The sweetness of chocolate wafts from the door as you step from the Wild Plum Kitchen next door and into the chocolate shop. There are so many beautifully crafted chocolates for all tastes, adult and youth.....I was literally like a kid in a candy store but so were my kids!

From less than a dollar to a few bucks per item, the price of these delicacies all depends on the skill and time required to make each one. Kate who was in the store that day was good enough to take some time and explain a few of the processes to us; the dipping, setting, moulding...it’s a painstaking job.

On the wall are shelves of other local delights for the adventurous foodies out there. Hot chilli sauce was my favourite and came home with me to Singapore!

Cash and cards accepted....which is good for when you add a few treats to the paper bags and realise you have spent all your dollars already at gallery walk. (I like that all bags are paper and not plastic).

Then from here it’s off to the fudge shops in town, more sugar to keep you fuelled as you take on another bush-walk.

Thank you so much JeremyL2624! We're so glad you enjoyed your visit to our store. We couldn't be more proud of the chocolates if we had made them ourselves and we do our best to try all our chocolate wares so we know we're recommending the very best! We love seeing peoples faces when they're overcome with the aroma of chocolate entering the store. We do hope to see you and the kids again! You'll have to come back and see what new chocolates we have on offer!
