Lovely shop with lots to choose from. If you buy anything, it probably won’t last the trip home because these choccies are delish. Staff were friendly and respectfully COVID-19 rules.

We were quite impressed at how lovely the chocolates looked when we first walked into the shop, but it was all downhill from there. The shop owner walked in and when she found out we were from interstate, she insulted us by calling all the people there uneducated and rude. The pricing of the chocolates was not displayed and she said prices varied from $2.50 to $4.50 per chocolate. She stated that a lot of work goes into making these chocolates and that is why prices vary, which would be fair enough, if she actually made them!! As she later told us that they're bought from a company in NSW. We left feeling insulted and disappointed and the chocolates were gross. Overall, it was a bad experience with incredibly poor customer service, would not recommend it to anyone. Perhaps the owner should educate herself on good customer service and how to run a business properly.…

My favourites are the strawberry bunnies and the coffee snails. They’re around $2.50 each minimum but SO worth it for a once off treat. There are also other things to buy at the store but I just go for the chocolate. Also the staff are always really lovely and great with kids.…

Simply overpriced and terrible quality, definitely the worst chocolate that I have ever experienced from a so called specialist chocolate shop. We purchased a $30 box to give as a gift but after sampling a bag of chocolate ginger there was no way we could gift the box. A trip to Woolies for a block of Lindt would of been so much more enjoyable. Such a negative experience for us…
