There is a small river just next to the beach. The water temperature is warm. Good for family. It´s a great beach however, mosquitoes make the experience less pleasant.

I've been there twice already. It is a place to return for sure. The way to there is difficult, but it is worthwile to go there.
This beach can be hard to get to if it's raining and the road is too muddy, but it's worth the drive through the park to see it. It's peaceful and quiet.
Nice beach but the sand fleas destroy any kind of joy. In Ilhabela it seems that the beaches near the villages are the best bet.
