Review Highlights
One of many pretty little parks filled with roses around the city

A good place to sit and watch the families with their children feed the many pigeons . Always clean.

What a wonderful place to spend the day. A lot of activity and a good glimpse into life in Tarija. We enjoyed "just being" there

Just get an experience of non challante Tarijeño's people. You can sit on a bench and see how people sit and talk for hours as if clocks had stopped functioning

Must see the plaza....it is a fun place to people watch. Lots of trees, plants and flowers....very relaxing. There are lots of restaurants around the plaza, so you can always grab a bite to eat.

There are some nice cafes with wifi. Feeding the pidgeons is fun for the brave, but I wouldn't call it an attraction.

This is *the* central square, lined on a couple of sides with restaurants and a church. This is where the promenade and much social life takes place, locals checking each other out and flirting. Old guys sitting on benches the whole day... feels like you...More
