This small park is located on Makena Road and is only a few steps from the water, which makes it a nice spot for snorkeling in calm conditions (most of the time)... there’s a restroom, outdoor showers for washing off, and a parking area nearby....More
Small but busy park. Lots of scuba divers doing classes and shore dives. There was a large boat in the bay with snorkelers in the water.

A lovely place to see along with history. Lots of good snorkeling nearby as well. It is a windy road that leads there from Kihei; at times it narrows down to one lane, so be sure to drive slowly and carefully.
