Scenery was good. Darker sand, pretty rocks on each end. Chairs and umbrella cost us $40 total for two people. No food around though. Parking was ok.

This beach is meh. The beach was crowded, the wind blew up sand in my face, and there wasn't a place to buy any water other than the $6.50 Evian from the four seasons... wouldn't recommend it.

Good view with many hotels nearby. Sand is not as good/soft as Makena and Kamaole beaches. Waves are not as big as Mekana.

Wailea is a great little beach on the southern end of Maui. It is right off of several of the higher-end luxury properties, including the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, and it's a stone's throw from the Fairmont Kea Lani. The beach is soft sand and...More

I was not fan a of this beach at all. Personal opinion, go to Makena beach. You'll have a better experience, it's a lot more chilled out and less crowded.

Went here for the day from Lahaina to see how the other half lives. Free parking and a clean restroom. Beach was kind of crowded and the beach is on a cove so smaller waives.

There are other more interesting beaches on maui. This was in front of our resort. Was nice to not have to worry about tons of rocks in ocean.

King tide in May of 2017 was fun to say we experienced. Beach was sandy- easy to walk on. Not many shells. Easy tide to play in. Calmer in the morning.

We went to Ulua Beach in Wailea 3 times on our 2 week stay. While the beach is rather small it is very nice with mild waves. It'll also popular with snorkelers and scuba divers. The only downside is parking is very limited especially in...More

You can always go get in your car and drive to Makawao which is a cool little town that is "upcountry"...or you can just walk next door to the hotel and shop at the mall.
