This is a quaint museum with very interesting artifacts of the history of Forest and area. The two workers Abby and Emma were very helpful in showing me around and explaining some of the displays. It was a well worth the stop.

Former Town Bakery. 129 Years same location. Bakery closed 2009? Changed hands and became Local Museum.

Everyone that works here is a volunteer dressed in period clothes. The Bakery is the museum and was once the bakery in town. The volunteers are very informed and love to share the local history. Forest ontario was once a thriving town known for basket...More

It is really well done and the volunteers enjoy sharing the history of the area. Nice little restaurants and shopping in this quaint little town.
