We walked into the cathedral after walking around the park in back of the church. It is so nice on the outside but absolutely beautiful on the inside a must see to anyone traveling to Natchez.

Not to be missed. I am a member of the congregation. This is an active catholic parish, Many tourists visit and some worship. One of the most beautiful churches in the South.

It is worth stopping into this church to see it's beauty. It is the only cathedral church in Mississippi.

Not only a beautiful place to visit but a great place to celebrate Mass. Two services, one at 5 PM on Saturday and one at 10 AM on Sunday, so avoid those times out of respect for the faithful.

If in Natchez, take a few minutes to silently enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of St Mary's. The gorgeous ceiling alone is worth the stop.

The size and beauty of the Basilica nearly take your breath away as you enter. Be sure to take the time to walk the landscaped grounds, Bishops garden area and tribute to veterans. The live oak trees are spectacular.

Beautiful Church!!! It has a very nice prayer garden in the back as well. This church is located next to a serene memorial park for confederate soldiers and the Armed Forces. This area is a must-see!!!
