Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of areas to explore with our dogs. Becoming a regular destination whilst we are in Penarth.

Cosmeston Lakes are a favourite for us as it's ideal for walking the dog whilst enjoying the countryside views. The lake is lovely with the ducks, swans and geese in abundance and they seem quite at ease with people in close proximity, great for children...More

Ideal spot for families and or dog walks. Lots different routes. Great play area for kids. Cafe ok but does need more outdoor seating. Free parking.

Not sure what can be done, some dog owners can't be educated unfortunately. We walk our dog here occasionally and although we didn't encounter much dog poo we didn't see many bins either, not an excuse to just discard poo... More

I believe it can be arranged with clubs etc. but you are unable to take your own kayak and use the lake. As far as I am aware sailing, swimming and the use of radio controlled boats is very limited and by prior opointment... More

Yes it's on a bus route and there are no entry fees to the lakes
