We had a family day out as a treat for my son who has never went swimming before. We had an amazing time. From all the activities to the staff who where very. Informative and friendly. Two staff members really stuck out David Sweeney and Micheal Murphy they are a great credit to you guys and deserve recognition. We intend... More

I took my 11 year old son to the swimming pool yesterday. It was raining and there was a queue outside the building, there was a retractable archway that could have kept the queue dry but it was closed so everyone was wet before even seeing the pool. The showers were so unbelievable dirty, grout all black. I'm pretty sure... More

Have to say I was a bit disappointed with this place. It's tired and dated and not much for smaller kids. One of the flumes was broken- the one you can sit small kids on your knee, so a bit crap if you go all the way to the top with your wee one and have to come all the... More

Having not been here since a kid i was really excited to take my kids to what i remember as an amazing place. We done a 2 hour round trip! The Good: The staff on the front desk were really polite and friendly. Always a good start. The pool itself and "attractions" were pretty good. My kids are 4 and... More

Floors are disgusting watched pool attendant mop floor with something that looked as if had been used to clean the car park with. Changing rooms smell of urine. And are filthy. Sauna is disgusting and don't no when they last cleaned the steam room. Place needs closing down and overhauled. Not recommended....

The variety of activities available gives lots of choice for a family. The pool has a number of features which makes it great fun for the whole family whatever age. Only disadvantage was the long wait in the queue outside on a cold day. There were apparently no more empty lockers so we could not get in. It would have... More

Visited with my 3 year old and husband and was absolutely disgusted, the changing rooms are tiny and not enough of them, the floors are filthy, had to use the toilets and actually wretched at the stench of urine mixed with disinfectant, having a swim round the pool the tiles are covered in grime and a few plasters left lying... Having not been here for years I was looking forward to come back here to see the improvements after the refurbishment but what a disappointment. The place was as dirty as I remembered with not much improvement apart from the new lockers, the large slide was closed due to staff shortages and the top pool slide was closed for cleaning... More
