Perfect cove, as long as you don't go during the summer...

La Granadella beach has frequently been named one of the 10 best beaches in Spain. And maybe it is. However, the reality of this stony cove (it's not really a 'beach') is that... read more

Can be tricky to park down there but well worth it. wear plastic shoes as its very stoney not a sandy beach, A few restaurants down there for drinks and meals. Sur does great paellas. When the sun goes down everyone leaves so can be lovely and peaceful. Swimming out on a lilo is great. Always look out for jellyfish... More

La Granadella beach has frequently been named one of the 10 best beaches in Spain. And maybe it is. However, the reality of this stony cove (it's not really a 'beach') is that it's so tiny and underserviced that it can be a living hell during the summer. The narrow twisty road down to the miniscule pot-holed car park is... More

One of the most beautiful spots in the area though spoiled somewhat by the recent terrible fires. Very quiet and tranquil out of season with just a couple of small cafes for a welcome drink.

No tourists, bars closed now in Christmas day but still worthwhile to pay a short visit. Totally different as opposed to the summertime but still worth every second of your time. If you are in Javea, this is really a must to visit. It is not a hidden treasure anymore, but still a treasure..... Enjoy this one, cause you will.

This beach is one of the best in Spain. It tends to get over crowded during the summer months and parking is a nightmare but well worth it. Out of season it is perfect. Perfect for a cool beer and tapas or a paella in one of the 2 or 3 restaurantes. Reservation is a must during the summer season.

Nice beach in a secluded cove to visit either from the land or from the sea. Some nice restaurants and bars on the beach at the end of a row of fisherman's cottages. Lots of great walks of varying distances and difficulty starting and finishing at the Granadella beach area. Beach is popular during the summer but never becomes overcrowded,... More

Not easy to find, but when you there you will come back. Normally very busy in the summer, so the best is during off season

We used to live in Javea and often visited Granadella. The restaurants and bars overlooking the beach and cove are a little basic but provide so fresh seafood and cooling beers. The welcome is first class. However caution if one does not like heights then coming back up might be a problem with let us say wonderful scenery but with... More

Such a lovely peaceful place this time of year, great place to chill and relax. Only a couple of restaurants but plenty of parking, can be busy high season but still worth a visit 😆

We have visited here many times as the beach is gorgeous and the two little restaurants good for lunch. Only ever managed to get a parking space out of season....so get up early in peak if you want to visit here......worth it!
