There are buses from Alicante and Valencia airport that will get you into Denia and there are several bus stops along the Las Marine road. However, be prepared to spent a few hours on the bus going from the airport to Denia and then to your Villa.
Personally I would recommend hiring a car, especially if you are more then one person and bus fairs will add up quickly. Renting a car does not have to be more expensive or much more expensive, plus you have a lot more flexibility.
