This was an interesting visit. Whilst the process is very similar to the sherry process, there are subtle variations. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The tasting was most enjoyable.

Tour takes 30 minutes and is very informative. Blanca did an excellent job of explaining the process and would highly recommend. The tasting at the end of the tour was certainly enjoyable, sampling the various types of rum.

This is a very short educational tour where a guide explains the history and brief overview of how the rum is made. There is a short video. You end with a tasting. Tours are offered in English and Spanish. Great for a quick tour.
