Nothing too special, went on a Sunday, they had one employee that showed us around, but he didn't speak English. Bought some expensive Iberico ham, had much more fat then what we would get in the restaurants.

Getting to Travelez took me on some of the highest roads in Europe. It was a pretty drive, and because I was with a small tour group, I was able to see the "ham" room. I had never seen so many ham nor such large hams. The extra large ham takes five years to cure and cost up to 500eu.... More

We called in to see if we could look round. We were the only visitors there. There was no tour available but we were allowed to wander around on our own! There are numbered signs on the walls explaining the process of producing the jamons (Spanish & English). To see so many jamons hanging up (up to 2 years) is... More
