Thankful that someone had the foresight to preserve the history and legacy of Dr. King and his family. A humbling place to see and experience.

This is one of the sites that comprise the Martin Luther King Jr. National Park. I recommend that you begin your visit with this museum, the King Center, top learn about Dr. King's life and the impact he made before visiting other sites. It's free.

Dr. Martin Luther King is an epic hero of the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S.A.; there were also many, many other people who were crucial to the successes attained during his lifetime and beyond. I'd combine this with touring the other places of his...More

This review is about the learning experience, rather than the quality of exhibit. On our trip south, we had limited time in Atlanta and an itinerary that included learning about Southern fiction authors. We visited the King Center to add a historical perspective. Our visit...More

I enjoyed immensely the content in the Center, which is complimentary to the Civil and Human Rights museum. Highly recommended

Really interesting subject matter, but we were underwhelmed by how little was made of it. As suggested, it all felt a little dumbed down and I wasn't sure which exhibits (if all or any) were intended for children.

When I was there last, there was no charge, but a donation was requested. Well worth the visit either way.
