I never had goos bumps in a musuem, is so incerdible, the feelings and emotions you have in this museum, difficult to explain, but definitely recommended, please take your time 3 - 4 hours minimum to learn a lot.

It's fine if you want to know his story. We strongly recommend NOT walking from Downtown to here, it's only 20 minutes walking, but the number of weird, homeless and drug-addicted people and people asking you for money along the way is amazing. Grab an...More

MLKs birthplace, AME chapel and the King Center are all close together. We spend about 2 1/2 hours walking aroundall 3. You could spend more time.

I loved learning all the history of Martin Luther King and the the Civil Rights Movement. I enjoyed seeing all the pictures also.

When I was there last, there was no charge, but a donation was requested. Well worth the visit either way.
