The Arena was an outstanding venue for the concert we attended. Seating was well marked, signs over each walkway, plenty of rest rooms. What made the best impression was the staff. We never had to ask for help. We hesitated at several points reading signs to find our area and each time, a staff member offered to help, showing the... More

I went to this location for a Hawks game. It was great. Club seating is the way to go to avoid the long lines for food, bar, and restrooms. No alcohol is allowed in the stands AFTER the 4th quater starts. Great food, drinks, and service. Great facility. Take uber, its cheaper that a large fare from a taxi sitting... More

We live in north GA and took Marta from the North Springs and walk right into the Philips Arena. Made it look easy. Security is right at that entrance. The place is "hopping" we are glad we got their early! Plenty to see and do. Shop and eat too! Free refill on large coke and popcorn. Wow what a surprise!... More

We went to Atlanta for the Radiohead concert at Phillips Arena. We had general admission tickets so we got there early so we could be close to the stage. There was no one managing the crowd, no barriers set up to help control people bum-rushing the gates when they began letting the crowds in. There were 75-100 people who jumped... More

Visited the arena a few times to watch Hawks games. Great facility. Also participated in a 'court of dreams' event where my son's team played a game on the court in the afternoon then stayed to watch a Hawks game in the evening. It was a fun event.

We were in town for business and were invited to a Hawks game. What a fun event and venue. We enjoyed the game and had some amazing barbecue to boot. The locals we met were so friendly, inviting us to share their table. Loved it!

This is a nice arena. We saw a Hawks basketball game (they won too). Lots of friendly help and staff able to assist if needed. The signage is clear. The food areas are very convenient to the exit/entrance of the sections. Prices are better than Chicago. It's connected to the CNN center AND the Omni hotel. Wish I knew that... More

I came in February for the Bon Jovi show and will be returning in April for the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The inside of the venue is beautiful and easy to navigate. However, the outside is a little confusing in terms of finding multiple gates. The difficulty we experienced outside is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars for... More
