We were there for a presentation. The room was nice and the view of the river from the back was wonderful. We did not see many exhibits, but what I saw was very interesting.

For being free and operating off donated items, it's amazing. They have gathered so much history about their town (and VT in general). If you're looking for something to do and enjoy history, it's great.

Woodstock has a lot of history to share. The historical society offers permanent exhibits, and special exhibits. The docents are very knowledgeable!
