Great for people who don't want a huge beach and who are confident swimmers. It is clean and well life-guarded

this is more pebble than sand and it's a very thin layer, hard to get to the sea from it unless you climb the rocks in front but not impossible.

Malta is all limestone. It doesn't have many good beaches (& most of those are not easily accessible), so congrats to whoever, for planning and executing this little gem, right at the heart of Bugibba. I was a bit sceptical ("perched"? Like, balanced on stilts?),...More

As is not a natural beach i would say it is alright for one day for sunbath and swim. If you want to spend more time i would advise you to buy and bring with you those shoes special design for rocky beaches

A lot of Bugibba is tatty around the edges. Neglected flower borders and unswept streets. The beach area did not look very inviting.

Rocky and small piece of seacoast, not sure why called a beach. Dirty, rocky, difficult to walk. Go for an authentic beach experience elsewhere. Good to have a cigarette or quick take-away, nothing else.

If you are desperate to go in the sea and can't get to the actual beach this is your man made alternative. Picture the browny red gravel at the bottom of your fish tank and voilà here is your 'beach'. There is access to the...More

Nice enough little beach for a walk or just to sit abd watch the waves breaking. Everything closes up out of season so there are no restaurants or toilet facilities open. I can't imagine I would pay for a sunbed to lie on this beach...More
