We're a traditional Umbrian farm that offers cooking lessons, guided truffle hunting, and tastings of our traditional Umbrian pecorino cheese and extra virgin olive oil. We also do the amazing Wild Foods Gastronomical Adventure where we take you food-foraging in the beautiful countryside around our farm - truffles, mushrooms, wild rocket among other things - then teach you how to cook a traditional Umbrian lunch, before sitting down to eat with all the family and local friends - all in all an unforgettable Italian experience!.

This was the highlight of my time in Italy. The family is so friendly, and the day's events so interesting. We went truffle hunting with dogs at 14,000 feet, watched and helped Josphina make pasta which we ate at lunch time, sampled the sheep milk cheese, proscetto, and truffles. We dined al fresco with the whole family at lunch time.... More

My husband and I joined 4 other guests for this fantastic experience on Mother's Day in May. I cannot begin to express what enjoyment we had with Mac, Francesca, extended family members, friends and children. Loved the truffle hunting, the picnic on the mountain top, having scrambled eggs, grated truffle, breads, vino and cheeses! The scenery is just superb and... More

Wonderful day spent with an Umbrian family who couldn't be more hospitable. It was a bit dissapointing we didn't arrive at the right time of the season for truffle picking, but we picked lots of wild asparagus underneath the olive trees - and in between shared prosecco and great pecorino made from the farm. Nonna was wonderful and her pasta... More

The Wild Foods experience is a must for people who want access to the heart of Umbrian life. It is rare to have such a genuine and intimate experience with local farmers. Whether you are watching dogs at work on the slops of the mountains searching for truffles, relaxing over the farm's cheese and prosecco while taking in the view... More

It is with a hint of regret that I write this review. Selfishly, I'd like to keep this just to myself, my friends and my family. But altruistically, I'll spread the word about what is undoubtedly my best experience in Italy to date. I've been travelling there regularly, having lived in London for many years, and getting 'off the beaten... More

The the views in autumn were reds and yellows, the farm animals greeted us, and the fireplace cackled as we entered Mac and Francesca's spacious kitchen. We could participate in cooking this 5 course meal as much or as little as we wanted. We helped "mama" roll out the pasta dough, peeled chestnuts for a sauce, helped stuff a duck... More
