This historic cemetery is always great to stroll through. It has nice river views, lots of giant old trees, and beautiful rolling hills dotted with stone monuments. It's more like a well-maintained park or arboretum and is a nice contemplative area to walk around and...More

Interesting place to see a lot of history and great views of the river. The generals and presidents are of some interest, but seeing family names that show up around town was more so.

This cimetary is full of history with two presidents who are burried there. The style of the graves are Europeen and have the flair of Cimetière Père la Chaise in Paris, France.
