The property was owned by LBJ and used as a "getaway" from the press and family. It is on the top of a hill with 360 views to die for. The place really makes you feel as if you have found a "hidden place" in...More

This museum may be a hidden gem, but only if you can find it and only if it is open. We asked at least three people about the Sculpture Ranch, including one—I’m not kidding—at the Chamber of Commerce in Johnson City--and no one had heard...More

We visited this place when Benini himself still owned it in November 2013. We were mostly curious, and we are not art critics, so we have no valid opinion as to whether any of these were great works of art. But we were fascinated and...More

Fantastic art work, from paintings to sculptures. Mostly Benini, but lots of other local artists! Was inspiring to see such a great collection of indoor and outdoor works of art in the beautiful hill country! Great way to spend a day!
