I was greatly surprised by their customer service. People at the lagoon were very efficient, friendly and informative. The Lagoon is a very nice way to begin or tu end your visit to Reykjavík. We finished our visit by having lunch at their restaurant Lava....More
We spent half a day here, and it was lovely. Very efficient entry, clean changing rooms, and the Blue Lagoon, truly, a unique experience ! The water was so warm, we had our mud pack, then our drink . Highly recommended, albeit, expensive entry !!
Finished off a great holiday by spending our last day here before traveling on to the airport (nearby).
As per everything you have to pay for in Iceland, it's very overpriced but one of a number of experiences that we had that I wouldn't have...More
A must do. We took the premium package with the flip-flops and robes. You don't need them but it was worth the extra (there is the additional face mask too).
You'd kick yourself if you didn't do it after getting here.

They actually have glasss stalls and the doors basically close. Just take your towel with suit down to the shower - strip down - rinse off - put the conditioner in your hair and get your suit on. Just be warned that the shower head is above you so 1) Let it run for a sec before you go in and 2) be careful about towel clothing placement as they can get wet from the shower.
