Now, I'm not really one for art. But I could have spent all day just sitting and staring at these pieces. Every one is so unique and it's mind-boggling how even one piece of glass could have been made. I happened to go on a very sunny day, which made the garden very enjoyable. I've also heard that the exhibit... More

Spectacular museum and gardens. The sculptures are amazing. We watched a 45 minute glass blowing demo outside in the garden. They made a glass bowl. It was so informative and fun. Be sure to check out the schedule when you arrive. We luckily made it a few minutes before it started. There were 4-5 demos on a Friday. Would recommend... More

In full disclosure, I am a big fan of Chihuly's work, and I have seen his work at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens several times. Therefore, I thought I would be prepared to see his work at this charming museum, but I was totally blown away! Seeing Chihuly's work so dramatically displayed and lit literally took my breath away. Each new... More

Chihuly Garden and Glass is a great place to visit for an hour or so. The works are beautiful. The lighting shows them at their best. You have to see them in person to really appreciate them. There is a room where you can view interesting video clips about Dale Chihuly, his process, and his travels to create installations. The... More

We spent about an hour here. The colors are incredible. Definitely bring your camera! The videos of Chihuly's projects, illustrating the thought that goes into each piece, was particularly memorable.

I was impressed by the exhibit. I'm glad that I decided to visit, as I typically don't visit art museums. I highly recommend visiting Chihuly when in Seattle.

This small and quaint museum is worth a stop when visiting Seattle. Great photo opportunity and its below the Space Needle. The colors and displays of his artwork is amazing and be sure to check out the short video at the end that describes how he got the vision for his art pieces.

Relatively small space packed with spectacular glass works! The garden and "greenhouse" are especially fabulous! Definitely worth seeing along with the Space needle and MoPop - all in the same area accessible by the monorail.
