Uwajimaya is a very unique place to shop in Seattle. They have lots of produce, a food court and much more. I really like taking friends who are visiting Seattle here.

I should have brought a cooler as we were visiting from out of town. The amount of fresh seafood choices is amazing. The prices very reasonable as well. We had fun exploring the huge gift shop attached to store as well.

From super fresh seafood, to a vast array of dry goods, yummy baked items, a deli which offers a large array of prepared foods, beautiful fruits and vegetables, and a great selection of cooking + eating ware — a visit to the Uwajimaya store is...More

We loved browsing the grocery aisles to see all of the variety. The food court offered many styles of Asian food at reasonable prices. This allowed us to sample new things as well as favorites.

This is a cool Asian market, with an adjacent bookstore - manga shop. There are toys, books, housewares, and so much food! We tried a banana jackfruit lumpia with burnt sugar on the outside. All I can say is WOW! It was a treat! This...More

My wife and I recently shopped at this supermarket for the first time. We found it to have a great variety of Asian foodstuffs and wares. I noted, in particular, that they carried beer from Myanmar and Laos - two places where I enjoyed the...More

I like to wander around markets in other countries. Given Seattle's big Asian population I made it a point to visit Uwajimaya and it did not disappoint. It is more than just a supermarket as they have housewares, small appliances, cosmetics and my favorite part..a...More

Great grocery store, but not-so-good food court. Uwajimaya has a lot of good variety, offers great prices, and their meats/produce are fresh. It's more like a pan-Asian grocery store, with many non-Japanese items available. The food court, however, pales in comparison to the likes of...More

Lots of it, free with a purchase and the big deal is the underground garage- ramp is on the drive to the west side of the lot, has an elevator and is fabulous in the rain. Never crowded.
