Is it pricey? Yes. Is it an iconic staple of Seattle and the PNW? Yes. Just do it. Spend the money, go up to the top, and take in the breathtaking view of the Puget Sound, Olympic mountain range and greater Seattle area. It's worth it. :)

See it from across the harbor or come and stand underneath it. I didn't go up it, but the spinning restaurant up top is supposed to be nice. Classic Seattle spot. So cool!

The Space Needle is an observation tower in Seattle. It was built in the Seattle Center for the 1962 World's Fair. It has an observation deck and the rotating SkyCity restaurant. The downtown Seattle skyline, as well as the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, Mount Rainier, Mount Baker, Elliott Bay and surrounding islands can be viewed from the top of the... More

It didn't take me so many time for getting on the top of space needle. When getting the ticket of space needle, you also get the time you can enter space needle. So be sure the use the residual time well for stopping by near museum such as EMP and Chihuli museum. The view itself is good. There are also... More

A great view of Seattle city, as long as its a clear day. Valet parking is available at the entrance. There are other parking options around the area.

A visit to Seattle almost requires you to go to the Space Needle. And boy do they know it! So pricey! You can pay extra to skip the queue, and it's so long you absolutely must do! You'll be there all day otherwise! There's some cool merchandise in the gift shop and you do learn some facts about the needle... More

Been up a few other towers so had to do this in Seattle. Pleasant elevator ride up, it wasn't very busy which was great! The price was reasonable compared to other such activities $20 a person. The views are nice, there's a restaurant and bathrooms at the top. It was raining but we did walk around the outside rim to... More

One of the highlights of our West Coast Tour, booked in advance, they contacted us so I could notify them of our celebration, looked after well all the way through. Food very nice, service excellent (thank you Brenda). Even though it had been a rainy and miserable day weather wise our decision to book our meal for 4.30 pre-dusk paid... More
