Seattle's only full service fly fishing outfitter, professional guide...

Seattle's only full service fly fishing outfitter, professional guide service, spey specialists and global travel experts. Our store in West Seattle is minutes from downtown Seattle. Our store is open 7 days a week and we guide and teach our schools every day as well. For our western Washington fly fishing trips, we gladly provide all necessary equipment including flies, waders/boots and rods/reels for those traveling and not wanting to carry the additional gear. We also provide door to door transport for these trips if staying in downtown Seattle area, all of this at no additional charge. We guide our local trips on a 2 clients to 1 guide ratio to provide as much Abbie Schuster manages our EWA Women's Program which includes free casting lessons, group outings and personally designed single and multi day fly fishing adventures all catered specifically to women. Dave McCoy runs the EWA travel program hosting carefully chosen fly fishing trips to all corners of the globe including New Zealand, Africa, Cuba, Honduras, Russia, Mongolia, Bolivia, Argentina and beyond. Our entire staff works the store as well as guides and teaches our classes and schools. We believe in every person in the company being able to walk the walk. We offer private and 2 hour group casting classes, 1 day and 2 day Intro and Immersion to Fly Fishing Schools, boat rowing school as well as 3 and 5 hour beginner to advance spey casting classes. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Had a great session with Jason from Emerald Water Anglers chasing cutthroat on Puget Sound. Jason's choice of location proved spot on as did his choice of surface flies and poppers. Not the most subtle form of fly fishing but a real hoot. I recommend this as a great addition to a visit to Seattle.

I set up a trip for my husband, brother and father in August 2012. My father wanted to learn how to fly fish and based on several reviews and references from other clients, I choose Emerald Water Anglers. They did a half day trip and fished in a few different stream locations. The guide, Andrew, was an informative and patient... More

Our experience with Emerald Water Anglers was fantastic. There are lots of Seattle Area fishing guides but I chose Dave's Emerald Water Anglers because of the honest and personal way that he communicated on both e-mail and on the phone. He was helpful as my family was planning a one day fly fishing trip. My family, including my wife, young... More
