For one of the best views of Seattle head to Kerry Park, a small park located on the south side of Queen Anne Hill. A photo from here is Seattle postcard-perfect, featuring ferries crossing Elliott Bay, the city skyline with the Space Needle in the forefront and, if weather conditions are favorable, a view of Mt. Rainier.

Quick little drive from downtown, great views of the skyline! It’s a small, green, dog-friendly park, within a beautiful neighborhood. Free park & view, not much parking.

Kerry Park located in the Queen Anne neighborhood is indeed worth the trip. Our son awoke us early on our last day in Seattle very excited camera in hand saying we were headed to the one place with the most amazing views of the Seattle...More

Took the trolley tour and it was just perfect. Mount Rainer in the background with the Space Needle. Gorgeous houses. Don't miss

We have been here several times to show friends the view of the city. This time we came at dusk for the first time. WOW!

One of the best views of the city I’ve seen/been to in person. It’s also right by Grey’s house from Grey’s Anatomy so my friend and I stopped there as well. If you want a good picture with the space needle, this is a must.

The skyline at night is magnificent from this viewpoint. You'll have to park on the street along with everyone else as this is a residential area, but its definitely worth it.

So before my very good friend but also very stubborn friend wanted us to go for a bike ride I warned her biking wasn't a good idea because of the Seattle hill. And she really wanted to try the lime bikes so I gave in....More

Even on a cold windy day, this was worth the walk from our nearby condo. Mt Ranier was not visible which was to be expected. As dusk approached the city lights were starting to glow. The Ferris wheel and of course the Space Needle were...More

Kerry Park is a wonderful place to see the entire Seattle area. But you must go on a clear day. Mt. Rainier from Kerry Park is outstanding. You also see the Space Needle. You are almost eye to eye with it. You can see the...More

If you come to Seattle, you need to visit Kerry Park. We walked from the space needle. It takes about 45 minutes and strong legs as it is a steep climb up the sidewalks.

Worth it. Favor the right side of the park and arrive at dusk when the city lights turn on. At night you lose Rainier. During the day, the cranes will distract from your image.
