Very lovely park. Lots to see. Great place for running, walking or biking. Dogs welcome. Come during the Fall because it's awesome!

Love the outdoors and this park comes with some great history and a fairly challenging hike up the mountain. There are several trails to choose from ranging in difficulty. Don't miss the visitors center, they had a great ammo demonstration where they fired live cannons!...More

Enjoying spending time on this mountain. It was the week before we sent our son off to his first year of college. The 8 mile give us a lot of time together before he left.

They way I would recommend because I see you are from out of state, would be to take Barrett Parkway and head West. If you are headed North from Atlanta on 75N, take Barrett Parkway which is exit 269. Take that exit and turn... More
