This is a lovely way to see all around the island, with a flight that mostly hugs the coastline. The plane is spacious and comfortable and the headset means it is quiet and you can hear the pilot's commentary.

We did this flight because we thought the boat tours were a little too dangerous at the moment.

If their plane in Maui is the same as the one I was on on the Big Island there is one first class style seat on each side of the plane so you have your own window. This gives you a great feeling of comfort, no crowding. You can sit back and close your eyes during take off and landing (if you feel that you really need to). There were a couple of people on my flight that thought they would have problems but found that they didn't.
Have a great time and enjoy your trip.
