This beach is across the street from the condo we stayed at. About a 5 minute walk and there is always alot of people at this beach. Just watching the people playing volleyball and buggy boarding with the surf

This beach is not always here, it depends on the time of year. However, if you go, make sure it’s early in the day, to avoid the very rough surf.

Although the water may be busy at times, the view will rest your soul. There are places to sit and enjoy the sound of the waves and have a few moments of solitude.

Known for the sand/ beach disappearing during the high surf and quickly reappear. The sand is super soft, beautiful stretch of beach and has a magic sand food truck located in front.

The high surf warnings seem to die down from the winter season. Better on the Kona side than on the Hilo side.
