Our group of 6 had a wonderful time with Jeff and his son this week. We spent the day from 8am to 1:30pm, seeing the sites. Jeff said the dolphins would be there and it was highly likely we would see a lot of them,...More

We have been planning our HI vacation for over a year and an integral experience was the night manta dive. After my research I felt Jack's was the best and I booked it. What an experience!!! They do a 2-tank dive unlike many of the...More

We were all stoked up to see a bunch of Manta Rays and we only saw two. As a snorkeler, they did drive-bys so you didn't have a chance to see them close up or for long periods of time. The best way to see...More

We decided to snorkel instead of scuba diving the Manta Ray night dive due to altitude restrictions. Jack's Dive Locker was very accommodating and changed our reservations. The Manta Ray night snorkel was awesome. We saw three mantas and they did turns, twists, and came...More

Not too far as it is right down town ,but they have a trolley that has stops all along Alii Dr. that you could take as it is behind the Outback in the Coconut Grove. You might want to go there first and see how far it would... More
Hi guys, It's been a long time! Alan (Ruberg) is hoping to dive with you from September 4-14. We're a little challenged to find a local place to stay that's walking distance and not too pricey. Would you have any suggestions? Anyone looking for renters? Look forward to talking with you, Best, Wendy Shindler

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard King Kamehameha. It was nice and reasonable. 15m walk to Jack's and a really nice "bay" created by the pier out front.
Hello Can any past guests tell me about the intro dive? My daughter and I have taken a couple of lessons in a YMCA pool for scuba and aren't afraid to try the intro dive but are worried that because we aren't certified - when we do our shore dive we might not get to see what the others see when they snorkel. Can you tell me your experience? I don't want to trade "what" you get to see for doing it with scuba gear and not a snorkel. Thank you

As a scuba diver, I would tell you that if your biggest concern is seeing reef fish you should just do a snorkel trip to Kealakekua. Save the intro dive for a time when you can concentrate on safety and learning... More
