The staff was helpful,friendly and very forthcoming with the best places to see based on the lenght of your visit. Worth taking a look around and getting some history and information before going into the park.

This is sort of an average Visitor Center, but it is a useful stop to get a map and ask questions. the inside exhibits were modest. There is a short nature trail, so you can learn about some of the plants.
