pleasant atmosphere and nice to walk around

The city center is not too big, has some nice shops, breathes a pleasant atmosphere and you can walk around comfortably. I was here in COVID times, so not too busy on the streets anyway. Karlovo has some nice spots and it's easy to walk into the nature of Stara Reka reserve from here (10 minutes).

Great old part of my home city

Incredible old buildings... showing the old way of perfect building and even after hundreds of years...it looks wonderful!

Nice city center

I suggest it for a half day walk. Narrow street with old style houses. Pretty. You can visit Vasil Levsky museum.

Nice historical town centre

Small part of Karlovo has some old buildings that can be entered. We took a tour of an old Inn, that now contains art and crafts workspaces. Regretfully at the time to artisans were practicing their work.

Rose Festival Site

Wishing to come here during the end week of May to witness its beautiful presentation of Rose Festival, anyway we enjoyed the old houses and scenery.

Nice and fun

I have been there with my small daughter and she loved it too much. There is small and stone roads where we filled the spirit of old town.
