The place is closed. We went there and they told us that they experienced a collapse and that the place is permanently closed. They also put some stikers on the signs in the main road. Do not plan on going there soon !

Amazing walk! You really experience the power of mother nature at this beautiful park. Wear good shoes. Not for the elderly or handicapped.

We came in May 2018 and it was closed. I’m giving it a one star review because it doesn’t say ANYWHERE that it is closed for 2018. I asked a woman on the road and she said it was still closed because of the fallen...More

A nice experience with some very impressive views on the waterfalls. Sometimes a bit slippery on the stairs and jn the dark tunnels, but that made it even a bit of an adventure for the kids.

Fortunately, we were staying in nearby Alpendorf; so the wasted journey wasn't a great inconvenience. That said, if you'd traveled a distance it would be rather annoying. We called in on 8 July. It was closed for repairs - rockfall, I believe, so presumably it's...More

This place looks great in the photos but we found out it was closed when we arrived, our hosts then told us it was shut for summer 2017, best to give them a ring and check before setting off.

This is a natural wonder, the power of the water and the walk are incredible. I would go back again and do the rest of the walk.

Looks like t's still closed for 2017, due to rock falls. But from the Salzburg tourism website, it looks like it is closed from November to May in "normal" circumstances. My wife and I hope to visit some time!
