The NPS has truly preserved memories of times-gone-by. We enjoyed a slow walk thru the history of this school and the images and writeups of President Carter. A must see stop that we had not planned but are fortunate to have made.

It was an awesome experience seeing President Carter's Noble peace prize, his paintings, and learning more about his amazing life, accomplishments, and contributions. He and his wife Roselyn are such a blessing to their community at home and the world at large.

The old school house has a lot of history. You get a good idea how Jimmy Carter lived going up. The best part is its free to the public.
