Great couple of hours spent sliding down the hill! Very easy to get to with free parking, and reasonable cost to do 2 runs using the Tennengau card. Chair lift to the summit was easy and took around 10 minutes to get to the top....More

This is a nice slide to try especially for young people, which they will repeat again and again . It cost 9 euros per person , depending on age group. The photos cost 4 euros per photo.

From the reviews we knew we wanted to get there early before it got crowded. We took the 9:21 S3 train from Salzburg Hbf to Hallein, then you take bus 41 and it drops you off steps away from the ski lift. Note--the bus only...More

Great family activity. Scenic ride up the hill in cable car, followed by swift but safe descent by toboggan. Great fun but rather pricey - about 30 Euro for a family ticket for 1 go.

My four children and I enjoyed a couple rides on the toboggans on a beautiful morning. The views are SPECTACULAR and the staff is friendly and patient (especially with those of us with no German ... most of them had some English) ... the ride...More

Were fortunate to squeeze in a ride up the chair lift and down on the toboggan track before the rain came back. Fun and can be done by nearly all ages independently or as a young child with an adult. Incredible views as travel up...More

After a relaxing chair lift up to the top, and a short queue, we had great fun on the toboggan ride down the mountain. You can watch people descending as you go up in the chairlift. We had planned for my son to go with...More

This is great whatever your age. We paid for two ascents/descents and hoped the weather would hold. Because the weather was unpredictable there was nobody else there, so my daughter was able to sail down the mountain at great speed. You do take a chance...More

I know that there are buses that run from Salzburg to Hallein (we took one) but this toboggan is a bit out of Hallein. I believe that I remember seeing bus stops on the road to the slide, however. There is a small community... More

From memory, the two sites are close together so you should be able to walk from one to the other. I think they're about a mile apart, with the toboggan further up the mountain. We did them together - the mine first then the... More
