We went there for one day in October (travelling from Croatia) and it was amazing. Everything was so peacefull. We will visit it for sure again in the spring when the nature wakes up and color everything and green.

This is rated as one of the great drives of the world, and for good reason. We went in late October which was a great time as the autumn colours were out in force, and it was also relatively quiet. A climb up series of...More

One of the highlights of our road-trip across Europe, driving to the top of the alpine road was an amazing experience. Great views of lush green fields, small lakes, and snow-clad mountains and views of the glacier to top it all.

Scary road: less scary in October when everybody's brakes aren't burning. Worth it for the chance to feel on top of the world..... and see marmots!

Went on a day long coach trip with Tui as had no wish to drive it. Marc and Jonnie took us and really made the trip. The mountain pass was spectacular with plenty of stops for photos and coffee at the various cafes.
