Very pretty Lake. We hiked a "moderate" trail, about an hour. The first part is up hill to the ridge, then moderate. Pretty surroundings. The trail has changed from the orig map, does not go down to the lake anymore. Drove around the lake, very...More

This lake is huge!!! Another beautiful lake. We stopped to go fishing. The fishing was good. Large mouth and small mouth bass. Oh yes and cat fish. We were glad we stopped and checked it out.

What a nice little gem when you first enter Custer State Park. Pack a sack lunch and drive the perimeter until you see a good shady spot. There is no overnight camping allowed, so it is very peaceful early in the morning.

Plenty of places to fish. Clean restrooms. Pretty little lake. Peaceful too. Locale Ted just outside of the city of Custer. You will need a permit for Custer State Park to enjoy it though.

We just floated around go a couple of hours. My brother brought a couple of kayaks. There were lot of them on the lake. After driving the park & seeing other lakes this is the one to hank out at!
