This place is the real deal. They have information around the shop about the different types of dolls and what they mean. There is a good assortment of other spiritual items as well, and they are happy to assist with any questions you may have.

We stopped by just to have a look and take photos. Unlike other voodoo shops they are ok with you taking photos and there are some interesting things to see.

Since it is right down the street from the Voodoo Museum, we stopped in-----especially since it is "free". The clerk was very friendly and told us to take our time browsing. The shop has lots of items, potions, voodoo related things, candles, and books. The...More

Came in here to find a souvenir and had a great time. Lots of handmade items to choose from and they do psychic readings on site. The guy at the counter was super nice.

Voodoo dolls, books, candles, herbs, etc. Lots to look at, and a much friendlier staff than the other shop we stopped in at in the French Quarter.

We stopped here and at the New Orleans Historic Voodoo Museum. This place is definitely a shop, you can purchase a variety of items and have a reading done. Felt more authentic then the museum we had visited.

This is a shop not a store. The staff is helpful and the merchandise is not overpriced. Look on the lower shelves at the shrines too.

I went to have a reading (I’ve had many) and this guy gave me a reading which could have applied to anyone! There was nothing specific about what he told me and he wasn’t able to see anything about me - WHAT A RIP OFF!!!...More

Great little shop!! Fantastic selection! Is the stuff real? I have no idea! I bought four little wish doll pencils! Gave them as gifts and everyone loved them!

This place is very cool. This is not your souvenir, cheep fake Voodoo items. Definitely take your time in looking around, learn about the religion, and educate yourself before jumping to conclusions.

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great

around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

All walking tours are usually "pet friendly". It really depends on the tour guide themselves and if they feel their group is "comfortable" with the pet in general. Remember, with the "Free" tours, you get what you "didn't... More
