We took the historic lunch cruise that left at 2:00 p.m. We sat outside and enjoyed the river tour. The Creole Queen is a lovely boat, but it’s the guide, Charles, that made this such a wonderful experience. Charles weaves 200 years of New Orleans...More

Took this historical tour as part of my bachelorette party. Had the potential to be SO good (and the boat/river were beautiful, it was a beautiful day, and the food was amazing so no complaints there). The narration by the tour guide, however, was very...More

The overall experience was GREAT! The staff was extremely friendly, especially our waiter, Marshon! We even made a joke that he was our private stalker because he said he'd find us anywhere on the ship to make sure we had drinks and anything else we...More

We sailed at 2:00pm. The weather was perfect for this adventure. During the trip Charles gave authentic talks about the history of New Orleans. The Creole Queen docked for an hour so that passengers could see the National Battlefield where Jackson fought the British. The...More

This tour was overpriced and very brief. Boat goes up river for about 45 minutes and turns around. Boat had live jazz band which was pleasant but boring. We took night tour and not much too see from boat. Bar had limited drink choices and...More

I thoroughly enjoyed my Creole Queen Mississippi River Cruise! Our tour guide Wendall was very knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans. He made it educational but interesting at the same time. We were able to depart from the boat to see the battlefield where...More

"Get off your feet and ride the Queen," I love that. And Tom Sawyer would be an awesome addition to the historical river cruise, if only! Thank you for the compliments to our Chef and for your review.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other

away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
