Apparently the first part of December 2013 this company went out of business but City Segways is a great tour.

Segway tour with Bryan. Loved it!! So easy and quick to learn and we felt very safe and in control. Bryan was terrific, patient, and very knowledgeable and funny. He makes sure you can drive it before you take off. I would do it again. Everyone feels a little nerdy in the helmet, but if you ever wanted to try... More

I have been to new orleans many times as we have family there but we always reserve time to be tourist. We have taken bus tours, ghost tours and walking tours which are torture in august. This was by far the most fun. We did the nighttime tour with Brian the beast master. He was full of knowledge and very... More

Made iGlide our first stop in NOLA. It was a great way to see so much of the French Quarter because you can cover a lot of ground on the Segways. So it was helpful in that we got our bearings from the start. More importantly, it was tremendous fun! The old French Quarter streets made it even more so,... More

My friend and I took the 9am Sat tour with Bryan. Not too hot, few people on the streets, everything was perfect. Great way to cover lots of ground. Highly recommended even if you feel you have "seen it all."

I was hesitant at first when my husband wanted to do a Segway tour but I'm glad we did. After a tentative start we really had a great time. Our guide, Dawn, was great. Funny with lots of stories to tell about the area. I would not hesitate to recommend a tour with iGlidenola.

Did the Segway day tour with my daughter and her friend and we enjoyed ourselves whilst learning about the history of New Orleans. Brian was very patient and kept me at the front of the line so he could keep an eye on me (yes, I was the slowest at grasping the technique) but I was confortable all the way... More

The two hour night tour we went on was great. My wife and I had the luxury of being the only people on the tour, yet we did not feel rushed or cheated for time as the guide, Brian Eastman, gave us the full two hours or maybe a little more. Stopping for a beer at one of the local... More

First bucket list item on our girlfriend's weekend and we had a blast! With 5 minutes of instruction we were pros! It requires "focus" but easily mastered...then it rained and rained and rained hard...but did not dampen our spirits. We forged on, to the delight of onlookers, and even received a standing ovation and cheers! It is a pricey excursion... More

Four of us, aged 38 to 66, took the two hour your of the French Quarter and loved every minute of it! After a brief period of operating instructions, Jesse, our guide, led us around the city and with a bit of humor, provided factual information in an interesting and entertaining manner. This tour is a definite "must do" on... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
