Very unique and hand made item items. Not your normal gift store. Highly recommend you stop by. Owners CD with his music is great! Owner was hand making Christmas Cards which are beautiful and special.

Unique, eccentric, interesting, original...it's hard to describe, but it's a place we're drawn to and from where we always buy art to bring home. Even without making a purchase, it's definitely worth browsing because you're not going to see anything else like it in New Orleans or anywhere. Jamie (who was on-site last visit) captures the essence of New Orleans... More

I love art. What a gorgeous and unique gallery. I like that there was a lot of stuff to buy that wasn't exclusively "art". The gallery not only offered prints, but they offered really cool souveniers in the form of unique voodoo doll key chains and prints.

Jamie Hayes is colorblind, but one would never know because all of his work is vibrant and memorizing! I have several pieces of his, and every time I'm in the city I leave with at least one more. The staff at the Gallery are fabulous and welcoming! For years we have come, and Miss Amy remembers us every time. We... More

We visited New Orleans last October. Bought an awsome Tshirt, Chilli Pepper Cat- I get complements every time I wear it. Love his use of color and unusual graphics. When I return to NOLA, which I hope to do, I will return to see what new offerings he has to delight us.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
