This was a wonderful stop. It was interesting, tranquil, and beautiful. Both of remarked at how well-maintained the building and the grounds were. The Park Rangers were so nice! It's a little out of the way but worth it.

We stopped in Beatrice to go to the Homestead National Monument. It is humbling to see how the pioneers traveled and worked to create a life out on the plains. The Rangers were great and the displays are worth seeing.
