We were among some of the first people to visit and review Secret Garden when it first opened. We rated it highly and were impressed with the attraction in the area where we own a villa. In March 2023 we called in to use restaurant and have coffee but were told we had to pay admission of 100,000rp per person to enter. We were surprised and disappointed as we wanted to only spend money in the restaurant facilities. Not do the tour of facilities. As we had done this previously. We won’t be returning to Secret Garden anytime soon due to this entrance fee charge, as a 100,000rp entrance fee on top of food, coffee charge is excessive. This is disappointing and we hope management change this rule, as it would mean they are loosing business from people who do not need to do the tour over and over again.

Excellent time to spend with family. The tour was impressive. Our kids enjoy the time at the soap making factory.
Health protocol is provided in all the areas so it makes us feel comfortable.
We will be back again

We stopped by this place for lunch. The food was very bland and tasteless. Also, there has been a mixup with the number of vouchers we received at checking in and the management handled that very poorly. Overall a very bad customer experience at this place. Please do check the number of vouchers before getting in.

Included as part of our Temples Tour, organised by Discova, we stopped at Secret Garden Village for a set dinner. Overall it was fine; the options weren't terribly robust and while it was far from the best food we had whilst on Bali, it was still acceptable. However, based on this, as well as its location, we would have no reason to go back.

The main purpose for this village is to sell their beauty products and their coffee. Entrance fees is 50k rupiah per pax which is very expensive compare to other temple or tourist spot. Staff were friendly and the environment quite relaxing with modern design. There are 2 tour you may join which is beauty and coffee tour, you will get to watch a short clip introducing their product which is quite boring for me.

Lastly, you will get to wear the white coat for taking pic while you are visiting the beauty tour. However, they will charge another 15k for a photo. I think they should at least offer a complimentary photo since they had charged expensive entrance fees.

There are really nothing special for this place and i think it is not a good stop to visit in bali.

We came to Secret Garden Village before lunch time, around 11.30am. We are 15 pax, and asked them to have a table outside, but it reserved by another group (actually we stay almost 2 hours at this restaurant and half of the reserved seat and table still empty).
They offered us for buffet package for Rp. 114.000 ++ per pax, but we're not interested because the package look like the menu for seminar or standard weeding party.

Finally we order for Best if The Best menu : Bebek timbungan & bebek goreng.
Although we notice that the price is a bit higher and over price, but finally we were satisfied with the taste.
Bebek Timbungan, grill spicy duck with balinese traditional spices, put at bamboo, served with rice and long bean vegetable.
Bebek goreng, crispy duck served with rice, acar.
For me bebek timbungan is better than bebek goreng. Both of them are very delicious and have to try it.

We don't like the service, We have to pay extra for additional sambal. Please treat a better service to your customer, sambal is not a main menu.

We order mix bebek timbungan & bebek goreng for 15 pax, hot tea for 15 people, additional vegetable and additional sambal, and 2 appetizer serabi bali (I forget the name if the food), it cost apprx Ro. 2.650.000

The place is more attractive the webpage suggested. The restaurant foods are delicious (try the duck dishes). The tour to cosmetic factory and coffee processing are quite educative. The ambience and atmosphere at the back are relaxing. Children playground and photo spots are well provided. This new attraction will likely be the new favorite destination for a family traveller.

Visit this place with family and my parents on january 2018. The place is superb awesome...at the entrance you will be charge for idr 50 k per person and idr 35 k per person..however for those who have a birthday on the visiting month the entrance ticket is free...lucky for me that my parents were born in january so their entrance ticket is free. There are 2 main places of this park..the first one is herbal museum..this museum will show you the making of the herborist product from the beginning until it ready to be distributed..the second one is the coffee selection starting from the selection until the coffee is ready to be served.
Both place is offered us a minimum knowledge about the product however it is satisfied enough. There are 2 kinds of restaurant..the first one is serv you with asia cuisine..the other one will serv you with the western cuisine.
The view of this garden is very amazing..the park is so clean and combine with the rice farm..the ambience is so great..so cozy...
Recommend to visit this place as alternative if boring with the beach view...
